Koh Brothers Development Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Koh Brothers, established in 1993 to focus on real estate development. The company has a proven track record of creating innovative 'lifestyle-and-theme' projects, with notable examples including the Starville project which introduced a star-gazing observatory in 2003, and Bungalows@Caldecott launched in 2006, featuring luxurious Swarovski-studded bathrooms and a unique water conservation system. Other noteworthy developments include Lincoln Suites, set for completion in 2013, which boasts an array of recreational facilities such as a 360-degree Spa Pool, sky gym, and thematic communal dining facilities. Fiorenza, an Avant-Garde freehold development launched in 2009, was inspired by the luxurious Italian lifestyle and its bold artistic tastes. KBD's Parc Olympia, launched in 2012, is a sporting-themed condominium featuring a range of facilities such as a synthetic jogging track, rock-climbing wall, air-conditioned badminton court, skate park, and putting green for golf enthusiasts.
